I cannot tell you how long I’ve been waiting to talk about the new Prezi charts feature that I have had access to for a while now. It’s really simple, but it’s such a great addition to the Prezi user interface and here is how it works.
First of all you do need to be a Pro user in order to use this new feature, and this could be a sign of how Prezi is shifting it’s offering in the future!
For all you Pro users out there though you will now be able to select the Charts option from the INSERT menu:
Once you select Charts you’ll be presented with 4 different chart types:
You can click on the Data tab at the top to add extra columns and rows and of course amend the figures:
And then click on style to specify some details of how the chart will be presented:
Click INSERT to add your chart to the Prezi canvass. Once there you can select it and press EDIT to go back and fine tune the data:
And there you have it.
I told you it was simple, but the great thing is that you’ll no longer have to rely on creating charts outside of Prezi and then bringing them into your presentation design. Plus you’ll be able to zoom into the data as well by simply dropping Frames and Path points onto your chart.
Enjoy 😉
