The Brief
Motorsport UK is the national membership organisation and governing body for four-wheel motorsport in the UK. They came to us because, despite implementing an exciting new brand into the organisation, they didn't have a branded company overview deck or a branded PowerPoint template for staff to use. Our job was to move the new brand into PowerPoint in the most exciting way we could.
The Solution
We first set our sites on the company overview presentation. This free’d us up to take some really creative approaches to slide layouts, and make sure the new brand really shone through.
Once we had this in place we then pulled some of the best layouts into a PowerPoint slidemaster template, and of course added generic layouts such as title and agenda slides.
We made sure every slidemaster layout had several different versions, to allow for maximum flexibility when the team build new decks.
And finally we also spent a day at Motorsport UK head office to train various teams on how to get the most out of the new presentations.
The Result
Since implementing the new PowerPoint designs in the early part of 2026, we have heard that presentation creation time has been halved amongst the team, and every presentation is at a mucch higher level than before workign with us.
